This historic deal, which encompasses more than 333,000 square feet, demonstrates the continued strength and allure of Dubai’s real estate market.
The total value of real estate sales in Dubai has increased to Dh2 billion as a result of 494 transactions. As the market leader, Business Bay had 696 transactions. Al Yafwa 1 made Dh201 million in 63 transactions, the second-highest amount after Business Bay, and Dubai Maritime City made Dh140 million in 40 transactions.
