Brazilian soccer player Neymar Jr. paid Dh200 million, or about $54 million, for a penthouse at the Bugatti Residences in Dubai.
The transaction took place at the first property globally to carry the famous automaker’s trademark, Binghatti Properties disclosed on Monday. The developer highlighted Dubai’s continued ascent as a premier destination for luxury real estate, drawing famous investors and celebrities from all over the world.
Neymar Jr.’s house is part of the project’s Sky Mansion collection. The penthouse features a private elevator that delivers automobiles directly into the residence and a private pool with views of the Downtown Dubai skyline.
