Nouran Living is a boutique mid-rise residential address in Saadiyat Island’s Marina District. It is the newest residential and recreational destination to be activated under the island’s master plan. On Wednesday, Aldar Properties made its debut announcement.
It is anticipated that Nouran Living’s construction will begin in Q4 2024 and be finished by Q4 2027.
Being close to well-known centers of entertainment and education such as Berkeley Abu Dhabi, the American Community School in Abu Dhabi, Cranleigh School Abu Dhabi, and New York University Abu Dhabi is another feature that makes Nouran Living unique.
Aldar’s collection of design-led urban furniture has three new additions: Manarat Living, Reeman Living, and Nouran Living. It follows the same design principles and features.
Nouran Living’s sustainable transportation design includes an e-scooter store and an electric vehicle parking facility. To ensure a sustainable living environment, the community is striving for certification as a Fitwel 3-star community and an Estidama Pearl 3-star community.
