Dubai Holding Real Estate Company’s Meraas has awarded a Dh850 million contract to Dutco Construction Co LLC for the construction of the Bvlgari Lighthouse on Jumeira Bay Island. Construction on the 27-story luxury residential tower on Jumeria Bay Island will soon start, Meraas announced on Monday, following the completion of the marine work on this portion of the island.
Following Nakheel’s Dh810 million contract award to Jan De Nul Dredging for marine works on Palm Jebel Ali, Meraas granted a construction contract to Dutco. These two are among the biggest construction contracts awarded this year.
The architectural firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel designed the Bvlgari Lighthouse, which is anticipated to be completed by Q2 2027. This marks Bvlgari and Meraas’ third collaborative effort.
Bvlgari Lighthouse offers opulent penthouses with four or five bedrooms. A distinctive eight-bedroom Sky Villa will be located above the building’s top three stories, encircled by expansive private rooftop gardens, stylish lounge areas on either side of the building, and outdoor living spaces and a private pool.

The seahorse-shaped Jumeira Bay Island by Meraas is home to the Bvlgari Resort Dubai. The island has some of the most sought-after residences in the world in addition to quiet boulevards, fine dining restaurants, and private beaches.
