Binghatti Properties stated in announcing the groundbreaking project that the 65-story building, which rises to a magnificent height of 341 meters, is an architectural marvel that completely changes the Downtown skyline.
Located in the heart of Downtown Dubai, the new real estate icon will have uninterrupted views of the Burj Khalifa and be surrounded by some of the most famous buildings in the city, including the Dubai Mall.
Driven by a shared passion for iconic design and innovation, this partnership, according to a senior official, sets new standards in luxury design and living by fusing the worlds of real estate and automotive excellence.
“We are profoundly excited to be working alongside Mercedes-Benz – a truly iconic name – to develop the first Mercedes-Benz branded luxury residence in the world. Binghatti and Mercedes-Benz have been working out the details of this project for over a year. During this time, the main objective has been to create a customer-centered strategy that gives prospective residents’ needs top priority.
Mercedes-Benz’s Sensual Purity design philosophy, which creates classic and exquisite spaces within a serene, pure oasis, served as the inspiration for the project’s architecture. Mercedes-Benz Places Dubai aims to improve the comfort and convenience of contemporary living spaces by fusing smart home technologies with intelligent mobility solutions.
